The Journal of Human Sciences (JHS) is a multidisciplinary journal in the field of human sciences, established in 2010 with Standard No. (1992-2876 ISSN: ESSN: 2523-9899), seeks to expand and enlighten human knowledge of its existence, and its relationship to organisms and systems Others, and developing works to preserve human expression and thought concerned with the study of human phenomena. The journal is interested in publishing specialized research in the field of human sciences, with a focus on social needs and developments. It receives articles and case studies related to the past and present, modern technological developments, contemporary applications, strategies and practices that can be learned in the field of human sciences. The magazine targets a wide audience of scientists, researchers, university professors and graduate students. Research submitted for publication is received by a member of the editorial board for review and compliance with the scope of the journal, and then referred to specialized experts, without mentioning the name of the author/researcher, for review, arbitration, and compliance with publication standards in the journal within a period of time not exceeding 14 days. The editorial board of the Journal of Human Sciences (JHS) is composed of qualified scientists from various Iraqi, Arab and international universities and for the various human disciplines corresponding to the research received by the journal in order to achieve a scientific, transparent and fair arbitration and review process, far from personal interactions and tendencies. It is decided whether the paper should be accepted for publication, taking into account the evaluation and opinions of the arbitrators experts. Acceptance criteria are based on compliance with the journal's objectives and scope, and on innovation, novelty and high relevance of the research papers.

The journal seeks to reach a decision regarding the acceptance of the research paper no later than 30 days after its first submission, and then notify the researcher/author via e-mails, to be published after reviewing the expert arbitrators and members of the editorial board.

With reference to the objectives and scope of the magazine, the topics and specializations it deals with can be grouped as follows:
